ELIGIBILITY ​

Companies meeting the following criteria can be considered for the label.


The label is based on self-declaration and does not require a technical audit.

CRITERIA

Location

The company is a legal entity headquartered in Europe.

Hosting

The company hosts its software and data within the EU or EFTA.

3

Infrastructure

The company confirms that it hosts its software and data with European hosting providers not subject to non-European juridisction or legal control.

PRICING

For UNIZO members, 600,00 EUR - for non-UNIZO members 900,00 EUR, valid for 12 months (excl. VAT).

How to fill out this form:

  1. Fill out the form below and keep your Privacy Policy ready.
  2. Once the form is finalised, sign the Declaration of Accuracy (download here) and upload it. 
  3. After clicking 'Submit your Application', we will review the information you provided and contact you within 10 working days.  If your application was successful, you will receive a link to the payment form.
  4. After completing the payment, you will receive a package with the labed and a dated certificate.

An SME is an enterprise which employ fewer than 250 persons and which have an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 250 million, and/or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 43 million.
° Letter signed by the Owner/CEO or any authorised signatory of the company with power of attorney, declaring the correctness of the application form.
° Privacy Policy
° If available: Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
° Any other document supporting the recognition and award of the label.



Submit Your Application

By clicking on 'Submit your Application', you declare that you will proceed with the payment process that will be initiated after initial verification of your document.  The label will be officially issues to you only after your payment has been finalised.
